Our Story: The Temple Gearz Manifesto

The Genesis

For too long, those of us who live, breathe, and co-create temple culture have faced a frustrating paradox. We step into sacred spaces, only to realize that the sensory objects we use, the ritual tools we hold, and the clothes we wear were sourced from faceless, mass-produced digital marketplaces.

We felt a deep frustration with a consumer model that prioritizes cheap production over soul and art.

Temple Gearz was born out of that exact frustration. We, Raffa and Sarah, looked around our community and saw an incredible web of talented friends creating amazing work. Yet, there was no central hub where these creations could live together. We realized that if we wanted our physical items to reflect our internal culture, we had to build that marketplace ourselves.

What We Stand For

Cultivating Culture: Every piece in our collection is made by artisans who deeply understand temple culture. We believe the objects we interact with carry an energetic imprint of their creators. Using intimate, beautiful objects made within the culture will make a difference.

A Space for Independent Artisans: We have built a collaborative marketplace that is focused on independent creators. When you buy something on Temple Gearz, you are directly supporting an artist and their craft.

Sacredness and Sensuality: We reject the paradigm that separates the spiritual from the physical. For us, the sensual is sacred, and the sacred is deeply sensual. Merging these two is the foundation of our entire worldview. Every object we offer is curated to honor the physical body as a living temple and to celebrate the divine spark within our sensory experiences.
