Refund and Return Policy

Our Marketplace Model

 

Temple Gearz LLC operates as a curated multi-vendor marketplace. We act as the Merchant of Record—meaning we process your payment, handle all customer service communication, and issue all refunds. However, all items are fulfilled and shipped directly by the independent artisan vendor who created your product.

Our policy is detailed below and applies to all purchases made through Temple Gearz LLC.

 

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom or personalized orders (unless damaged upon arrival).

  • Digital products or downloadable software.

 

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact Temple Gearz Customer Support immediately via email at info@templegearz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Do not send the product back to the vendor or the return address on the shipping label without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Temple Gearz.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide the vendor's return address once the RMA is issued.

  • Temple Gearz/Vendor Responsibility: If the return is due to our/the vendor's error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped), Temple Gearz LLC will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received by the vendor and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Temple Gearz LLC is responsible for issuing all refunds.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Temple Gearz Support immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) and include clear photos of the damage. We will coordinate a full refund or a replacement item at no cost to you.
