1. Fulfillment Model and Responsibility
Temple Gearz LLC operates as a multi-vendor marketplace, and we utilize a direct-to-customer fulfillment model.

Platform (Temple Gearz LLC): We are responsible for processing your payment, verifying your order details, and providing customer support.

Vendor (Independent Artisan): The specific artisan/vendor whose product you purchased is solely responsible for:

Packaging the item securely.

Generating the shipping label and providing the tracking number.

Handing the package to the selected mail carrier.

2. Order Processing Time
Order processing is the time it takes the Vendor to prepare your item for shipment.

Standard Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and shipped by the Vendor within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Custom/Made-to-Order: Products that are custom-made or personalized may have a longer processing time, which will be clearly noted on the individual product page.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimates

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the Vendor’s location, the customer’s address, the size/weight of the package, and the chosen shipping method (e.g., Standard, Expedited). These costs are calculated at checkout.

Carrier Selection: Vendors may use various reputable carriers, including USPS, FedEx, or UPS. The specific carrier will be detailed in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Number: Once your Vendor prepares the shipment, Temple Gearz will email you a shipment confirmation that includes the tracking number.

Tracking Status: Please use the tracking number on the carrier’s website for the most current updates.
5. International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)
Temple Gearz LLC ships to many international destinations via our network of Vendors.

Customs and Duties: Please note that Temple Gearz LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are typically collected upon delivery by the carrier or local customs agency.

Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs delays which are outside of our control and the Vendor's control.
6. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for immediate steps, which require contacting Temple Gearz Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows the package was lost in transit, please contact us at info@templegearz.com. We will work with the Vendor and the carrier to locate the package or coordinate a replacement/refund.
